wee envelopes

does anyone know a place in toronto where i can purchase small white envelopes?
ones that are about 3.25" x 4.75"
like coin or seed envelopes but not in the brown kraft paper that is common.

i have tried grand and toy and office depot and only find the brown ones.

any help is appreciated.
